 Housing for all
Forfar Loch

Many new houses are now required.

A phased development in association with Angus Council alongside the viable development of brown field sites within the town. A selection of mixed private housing affordable to all.

Angus Council have identified a need for in excess of 1000 new houses in Forfar / Kirriemuir in the period up to 2016, with the majority of these houses expected in the Forfar area.

This proposal will satisfy a large part of this need whilst at the same time providing both a structured and balanced development of the town.

These local men have an enviable reputation for creating quality housing, a proven track record in business and are known for their commitment to Forfar and its economy and to creating jobs for local people.

The high demand for the Turfbeg development from local people, wishing to stay in Forfar and see Forfar developed, has played an important role in prompting these proposals.

We wish to make it possible for everyone in Forfar with different levels of budgets to be able to stay close to local schools. leisure facilities and local shops.
